JUDGMENT

[1]the complaints alleging race discrimination, public interest disclosure detriment and breach of contract were dismissed forthwith upon withdrawal.[2]The complaint of sex discrimination is unaffected by this Judgment.

REASONS

[1]The Claimant confirmed that she had not intended to allege race discrimination or to make a claim for unpaid notice pay (breach of contract) nor a claim for whistle-blowing detriment (public interest disclosure). These apparently had been ticked in the claim form in error.[2]The Claimant confirmed that she was content to withdraw these allegations at the hearing and therefore the Tribunal dismissed them on withdrawal. There was no objection from the Respondent. Accordingly, this Judgment was issued.
