JUDGMENT
UPON the Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal having been earlier rejected on the ground that Police Officers are not able to bring such claims; AND UPON the Claimant writing to the Tribunal by an e-mail dated 30 November 2018, which the Tribunal accepted as an application for a postponement of this Preliminary Hearing; AND UPON that application being refused; IT IS the judgment of the Tribunal that it does not have jurisdiction to consider the Claimant’s discrimination claims having regard to the legal provisions relating to the applicable statutory time limits.
