The remaining elements of the claim are not affected by this judgment.REASONS
[1]The Claimant was notified in accordance with rule 37(2) of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 on 27 October 2017 of the proposal to make this judgment.[2]The Claimant has not provided any representations as to why this judgment should not be made by the Tribunal nor has a request been made that there be a hearing to consider the proposed judgment.[3]In the judgment of the Tribunal the claims have not been actively pursued and the Claimant has not complied with an order of the Tribunal dated 2 August 2017 a copy of which was sent to the parties on 7 August 2017.
