JUDGMENT
[1]Upon the Tribunal determining that it was necessary in the interests of justice to reconsider the Default Judgment dated 8 November 2021, Paragraphs 1, 2 and 4 thereof are revoked and Paragraph 3 thereof is confirmed.[2]The Claims for unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal and unlawful deduction of wages (including holiday pay) are dismissed because the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider them in that they were not brought within the statutory time limit when it was reasonably practicable for them to be so brought.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £3,630 by way of a statutory redundancy payment.
