[1]The Claimant’s claim form was submitted on 23 March 2023. Since that date she has made no contact with the Tribunal, nor with the Respondent. In particular, she has (without explanation) failed to:a. comply with the 2 October 2023 Case Management Orders, andb. attend today’s hearing.[2]The Claimant has already been warned on the following occasions that her claims may be struck-out for failure to actively pursue them:a. 2 October 2023 Case Management Ordersb. 12 January 2024 letter from the Tribunal[3]In light of the above, I am satisfied that it is necessary and proportionate to strike out her claims entirely.[4]Her claims are therefore struck out under Rule 37 of The Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 (as amended) because they have not been actively pursued.
