JUDGMENT
[1]It is the judgment of the Tribunal as follows: It is declared that the complaint made by the Claimant under section 189 of the Trade Union & Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is well-founded; and A protective award is made and the Respondent is ordered to pay remuneration for the period of 90 days from 1 December 2018 to each of its employees who were employed at its premises at Lower Queen’s Road, Ashford, Kent as at that date and were dismissed on that date.
