JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented in the London South Employment Tribunal on 15 January 2024. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages of £2008.55 for the period between 20 October 2023 until 20 November 2023 and £83.06 for 3.83 hours of overtime at the rate of £21.67/hour and must pay the claimant £2091.61 gross.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the claimant £242.43 gross.[4]The respondent must pay the claimant £2334.04 in total.[5]The claimant must account to HMRC for any sums owed by her in respect of any payment received by her pursuant to this judgment.
