JUDGMENT
[1]VIP Rooms London Limited is added as a respondent in substitution for Gail Hall in these proceedings, under Rule 34.[2]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages and must pay the Claimant £604 net.[3]The Respondent failed to provide the Claimant with a statement of written particulars contrary to Section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. In accordance with Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002, the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant an award equivalent to 4 weeks’ pay in the sum of £1,475.[4]The total amount the Respondent must pay to the Claimant is £2,079.
