The claim of unfair dismissal is struck out.

REASONS

[1]On 11 August 2022 the Tribunal wrote to the claimant informing him that it was proposed to strike out his claim of unfair dismissal as he did not have sufficient service to bring such a claim. He was given until 25 August 2022 to give reasons in writing why his complaint of unfair dismissal should not be struck out.
