[1]The claim was presented in the London South Employment Tribunal on 12 January 2024. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1250.00 gross.[3]The respondent must pay the claimant £1250.00 in total.[4]It is for the claimant to account to HMRC for any sums he owes it in respect of any sums received from the respondent pursuant to this judgement.
