[1]The claimant is owed holiday pay from the respondent in the sum of £985.60.[2]The claimant is awarded 2 weeks’ pay, amounting to £352 in respect of the respondent’s failure to provide her with a statement of employment particulars pursuant to section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The holiday pay only is subject to normal deductions for tax and national insurance.
