Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent is to pay to the Claimant £251.04 (net) in respect of unpaid wages, £209.20 (net) in respect of unpaid holiday pay and £316.54 in respect of unpaid expenses, a total of £776.78.[2]The Respondent is also to pay to the Claimant the issue fee of £160.00[3]The total to be paid by the Respondent to the Claimant is £936.78[4]The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to deal with a claim of lost revenue incurred by the Claimant’s new employer.[5]The Claimant’s claim in respect of bonus was not outstanding on the termination of his employment and the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to determine it.[6]The hearing listed on 19th July 2017 is vacated.
