Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £1398.50[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the Claimant in the sum of £2302.16 gross.[3]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1417.80[4]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £968.74 gross.[5]The Respondent is ordered to pay costs to the claimant under Rule 75(1)(b) in the sum of £160.00 in respect of the issue fee paid by the Claimant in these proceedings.[6]The total to be paid by the respondent to the Claimant by this judgment is £6247.20
