JUDGMENT

[1]I allow the respondent’s application and revoke the Rule 21 Judgment and set it aside. I allow the respondent’s application to enter an out of time response to the claims.[2]The claimant’s claims are dismissed in their entirety upon withdrawal. REASONS

[2]By an ET1 dated 10 April 2018 the claimant brought claims for race discrimination, sex discrimination and harassment on grounds of sex and race.[3]The respondent has not submitted a response to that claim and therefore I find in the claimant’s favour.[4]The value of the claims cannot be ascertained from the claim therefore a remedy only hearing will be listed.
