JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment of £13,872.[2]The Claimant is awarded damages for breach of contract in relation to twelve weeks’ notice pay of £6528 gross.[3]The Respondent made unlawful deductions from the wages of the Claimant and he is awarded eight days pay in the sum of £870.40 gross.[4]The Claimant is awarded a sum of £108.80 gross in relation to pay for one day’s annual leave that had accrued but had not been taken.[5]The total award made to the Claimant is £21,379.20
