JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent’s name is changed to “All About Da Vape Ltd”.[2]The claim of Unfair Dismissal succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the following sums:a. A Basic Award of £427.50.b. A Compensatory Award of £4,446, calculated as follows: i. Loss of earnings to date of £2650.50. ii. Future loss of earnings of £1795.50. iii. £350 for a loss of statutory rights. iv. An increase of 10% to reflect the Respondent’s failure to comply with the ACAS Code on disciplinary matters, totalling £479.60. v. The application of the statutory cap to the above, providing a cap of £4,446.
