JUDGMENT
[1]The claim of unfair dismissal under Part X of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]The claim for notice pay made pursuant to the Employment Tribunals (Extension of Jurisdiction) Order 1994 succeeds.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1,358.55 in damages.[4]The Respondent is further ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1,200 in reimbursement for the sums she incurred by paying tribunal fees pursuant to rule 76(4) and 78(1)(c) of Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals Case Number: 2301170/2016 (Constitution and Rules of Procedure etc) Regulations 2013.[5]The recoupment regulations do not apply to the sums ordered to be paid.
