JUDGMENT
Following a Judgment of the Tribunal sent to the parties on 28th August 2018 that the Claimant was unfairly and wrongfully dismissed and was entitled to a redundancy payment, the Judgment of the Tribunal as to remedy is that the Respondent should pay to the Claimant £17,067, calculated as follows: Basic Award/Redundancy payment 13,200 Less amount paid by Insolvency Service 13,200 Notice pay 2,423.23 Less amount paid by Insolvency Service 2,423.23 Compensatory Award Loss from 2nd June 2017 -1st June 2018 6 months net pay @ 1,863 11,178 6 months @ 931.5 5,589 16,767 Plus Loss of statutory rights 300 17,067 Case No. 2301156/2017 The Claimant has not been in receipt of benefits and the Recoupment Regulations 1996 do not apply to this award.
