[1]By a letter dated 15 August 2018 the Tribunal gave the claimant and the respondent an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim and response should not be struck out because the case has not been actively pursued and neither claimant nor respondent complied with the order dated 22 May 2018.[2]The claimant and respondent have failed to make representations in writing, or have failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim and response are therefore struck out.
