[1]The respondent’s application for the claimant’s claims to be struck out is not upheld.[2]The respondent’s application for the claimant’s claims to be subjected to a deposit order are not upheld save in relation to the claim for failure to provide written terms of employment in contravention of s1ERA 1996.[3]A deposit order of £50 is made in respect of that claim only.
