The claim for unlawful deduction of wages in respect of taxi fares and broadband is dismissed as the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it.REASONS
[1]By a Deposit Order dated 24 August 2023 the Claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £50 not later than 21 days after the date the Order was sent to the parties as a condition of being permitted to continue those allegations or arguments.[2]The deposit has not been paid and therefore this complaint is struck out because the Deposit has not been paid.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim(s) remains listed for hearing on 24-28 June 2024. _____________________________ Acting
