Under the provisions of Rule 69 the Judgment dated 5 February 2024 is corrected by adding the wording below as set out in bold The judgment of the Tribunal is that the Claimant’s claims were brought out of time, and it was reasonably practicable for the claims of unfair dismissal, redundancy payments and unauthorised deductions from wages to be brought in time and it is not just and equitable to extend time for the claim of discrimination on the protected characteristic of religion or belief. The hearing listed for 28-31 October and 01 November 2024 is vacated.
