JUDGMENT
[1]It is declared that the claimant’s complaint of breach of contract is well founded and is upheld. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £4,887.82 gross (less appropriate deductions for tax and national insurance contributions) by way of compensation for unpaid notice pay.[2]The claimant confirmed at the hearing that he did not intend to bring claims of unfair dismissal or for a redundancy payment and those claims are dismissed upon withdrawal.
