Jurisdiction The Tribunal is satisfied that there was no relevant transfer from the first respondent to the second respondent and the claim against the second respondent in these proceedings is dismissed. Oral reasons were given at the time and written reasons will not be provided unless they are asked for by a written request presented by any party within 14 days of the sending of this written record of the decision.REASONS

The claim is therefore struck out.
