JUDGMENT

[1]Between 28 March 2022 and 31 March 2023, the claimant was disabled under Section 6 of the Equality Act 2010.[2]The tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s claim for breach of contract under Article 7a the Employment Tribunals (Extension of Jurisdiction) Order 1994; the claim having been submitted prior to the effective date of termination.
