REASONS

[1]On 16 May 2019 the claimant was notified by the Tribunal that her claims against Mr C Cavallari was rejected as she had not complied with rule 10(1)(c) of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013, namely her claim form did not contain the required early conciliation number. She applied for a reconsideration of the rejection.[2]Having heard submissions from Counsel for the claimant, and pursuant to rule 13(1)(b) & (4), I consider that the original rejection was correct but the defect has been rectified and the claim against Mr Cavallari, the third respondent, shall eb treated as presented on 24 May 2019. _________________________________ Employment Judge K Andrews Dated 16 September 2019 Case Number: 2301098/2019 EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimant Ms V Redmond Represented by Mr T Bourne-Arton, Counsel First Respondent The Goldsmith Group/Goldsmith (London) Ltd Represented by Mr N Bidwell-Edwards, Counsel Second Respondent Professional Construction Recruitment Ltd Represented by Mr A Baines, in house representative Before: Employment Judge K Andrews Preliminary Hearing held on 16 September 2019 at London South Employment Tribunal by telephone
