JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant's claim relating to having the response struck out on the grounds that it has no reasonable prospect of success and on the basis that the respondent’s representative has not complied with Tribunal directions, or that a deposit should be made because the response has little reasonable prospect of success is refused.[2]All documents and pleadings referring to section 111A of the Employment Rights Act 1996 settlement discussions should be either removed or redacted from all pleadings and correspondence before the final hearing.[3]Employment Judge Robinson also recuses himself from the full hearing in February 2018.[4]Directions have been made for the future good conduct of these proceedings on a further document to be sent to the parties.
