JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to an award of £1380 against the respondent in respect of unpaid wages.REASONS
[1]The claimant was employed by the respondent from 1 January 2023 until 18 January 2023.[2]The respondent did not return an ET3. 2 The claimant is entitled to wages for the period of her employment. She worked two full weeks in the weeks commencing 2 January and 9 January 2023 at £660 per week and one day on 1 January and three days from 16 to 18 January at £90 per day. This is a total of £1680. She was not paid by the respondent although she received £300 from the respondent. This is deducted from the total. The sum awarded is £1380. .........................................................
