JUDGMENT

[1]The Tribunal makes the following recommendations: “Within four weeks the Respondent will put the Claimant back on a shift pattern to include two-person scene work when available.”[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the following sums:a. Compensation for past financial losses: £22,630.83b. Interest on compensation for past financial losses calculated in accordance with the Employment Tribunals (Interest on Awards in Discrimination Cases) Regulations 1996: £2,018.17 It should be noted that these sums were agreed by the parties, and were calculated on the basis of gross figures and the parties agreed the Respondent would make appropriate deductions as requiredc. Compensation for future financial losses: £778.56d. Compensation for injury to feelings: £12,000.00e. Interest on compensation for injury to feelings calculated in accordance with the Employment Tribunals (Interest on Awards in Discrimination Cases) Regulations 1996: £2,138.30 (813/365) x 0.08 x £12,000).
