The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 05 July 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out because:• The claimant did not have the qualifying two years’ service under section 108 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 or any exceptional circumstances that provide for an exemption to the qualifying service period.[2]The claimant has failed to make sufficient representations as to why this should not be done. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 28 September 2023 will not take place.
