This is made up of the following sums:[1]Loss of earnings during December 2021 and January 2022 of £564.93.[2]Loss of pension contributions during December 2021 and January 2022 of £16.95.[3]Four weeks’ pay for a failure by the employer to comply with s1 Employment Rights Act 1996 (duty to give a written statement of initial employment particulars) being £1,681.84.
