The Claimant’s claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 24 August 2018 the Tribunal informed the Claimant that the Respondent company has been dissolved and therefore no longer exists and also that the claim appears to have been presented significantly out of time.[2]The Claimant was asked to explain why her claim should not be struck out. She replied by letter dated 27 August 2018.[3]The Tribunal has considered with care the representations made by the Claimant but the fact remains that the Respondent is a dissolved company and therefore these proceedings cannot continue.[4]Further, and in any event, the Claimant’s claim was presented significantly out of time and the Tribunal would therefore have had no jurisdiction to hear it.
