[1]On 15 August 2020 the parties were sent a Judgment in the above case pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013).[2]At the time of considering the file and entering Judgment, there was no Response on file.[3]It later transpired that the Response was submitted and was received by the Tribunal by the deadline provided.[4]In the above circumstances, the Respondent ought to be allowed to defend the claim and for this reason the Judgment is revoked.
