JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for unlawful deduction of wages succeeds. The respondent is to pay the claimant the following sums:- i) Holiday pay £971.71 gross ii) Expenses £271.27 iii) Unpaid wages £4,788.48 gross iv) Pension £220.14 v) Consequential loss £1,217.08[2]The claim for unfair dismissal succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant: i) By way of basic award £1,730.80 gross ii) By way of compensatory award (being x subject to a 20% uplift for failure to follow the ACAS Code of Practice) £7,843.81[3]Where figures in this judgment are given gross payment will be made by the respondent net of the required deductions for tax and national insurance.
