[1]The name of the second respondent shall be amended from Wine Direct to Wine Direct (Sussex) Ltd.[2]The claim against the first respondent, Wine Warehouse Ltd, for unauthorised deductions from wages is not well founded and is dismissed.[3]The claim against the first respondent, Wine Warehouse Ltd, for holiday pay is well-founded.
