Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 No response having been entered by the respondent and having read the written submissions of the claimant dated 16 June 2020, the claims in respect of unpaid redundancy pay, breach of contract and unpaid wages succeed. The claims in respect of unpaid expenses are refused as there is insufficient clarity as to any agreement reached between the parties. It is declared and ordered that:[1]The claimant is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment of £1,050. She can apply online to the insolvency fund for payment.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant as follows forthwith:a. Damages for unpaid notice pay: £7,207.98 (3 months @ 7,999.98 gross - 792 paid)b. Unpaid wages £ 327.35 (2 hours @ 27.35 + agreed bonus 300) Total: £7,535.33
