JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Tribunal is that:(i) The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal which was presented out of time. It was reasonably practicable for the claim to be presented in time. The claim is dismissed.(ii) The Claimant’s claim of disability discrimination was not presented within the relevant time limit but it would be just and equitable to extend the time limit to allow the claim to be heard.(iii) By consent the claim against the First Respondent, Mr Jell, is dismissed. The case proceeds against Royal Mail Group Limited.
