JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the claimant the full amount of pay in lieu of accrued but untaken holiday and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £945.60.[2]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the claimant the outstanding hours in January 2022 and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £294.[3]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages in respect of an amount alleged to be due but not paid of £3,366 is not well founded.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant additional compensation pursuant to section 38 Employment Act 2002 for failure to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars and the respondent shall pay to the claimant the gross sum of £1,368.[5]The total gross sum payable by the respondent to the claimant is £2,607.60.
