[1]The Respondent’s application to adjourn the hearing is refused.[2]The Respondent has not paid the claimant redundancy pay of £4,345.00 and is ordered to pay that sum forthwith.[3]The Respondent has unlawfully deducted the claimant’s wages by failing to pay her notice pay of £4,345.00 and is to pay that sum forthwith.[4]The Respondent has deducted pension contributions from the claimant but failed to pay them into her pension scheme. The Respondent is to pay the claimant the sum of £1,270 to account for these payments and lost investment income forthwith.
