JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Tribunal is that:(i) The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s complaints of race discrimination and public interest disclosure detriment set out in paragraphs 10 - 19 of her Further and Better Particulars sent to the Tribunal on 18th June 2018 which were presented out of time.(ii) The Tribunal does have jurisdiction to consider the Claimant’s claims of race discrimination and public interest disclosure detriment set out in paragraphs 20 and 21 of her Further and Better Particulars and those claims shall proceed to a full hearing.(iii) The case is listed for a hearing of liability and remedy before a full Tribunal over 4 days commencing on 28th October 2019 at 10.00 a.m. at the Croydon Employment Tribunal. Disclosure has taken place and bundles prepared.
