JUDGMENT
[1]The claim of unfair dismissal is struck out for want of jurisdiction as the Claimant did not have the requisite 2 years’ continuous service with the Respondent.[2]The claim for unlawful deduction of wages is dismissed upon withdrawal in order that the Claimant can pursue recovery of the disputed sum in another forum, and the Tribunal is satisfied that there would be legitimate reason for doing so.
