Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has not presented a response within the stipulated time.[2]The Claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal and redundancy pay are dismissed as the Claimant did not have two years continuous service.[3]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages and shall pay the Claimant £1,885.00.[4]The Respondent did not pay the Claimant holiday that had accrued on termination of employment and shall pay to the Claimant £624.00.[5]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £60.00.
