JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimants are workers within section 230 Employment Rights Act 1996;[2]The Claimants have suffered unauthorised deductions from wages by the Respondent contrary to section 14 Employment Rights Act 1996;[3]They are entitled to the following amounts of compensation, payable by the Respondent: Mr Lizauskas: Unpaid wages of £1674 and accrued holiday pay of £540 subject to authorised deduction of 20% under the Construction Industry Service Scheme; Mr Karpuska: Unpaid wages of £1658.70 and accrued holiday pay of £540 subject to authorised deduction of 20% under the Construction Industry Service Scheme;[4]Both parties are entitled to costs from the Respondent in respect of Tribunal fees paid, as follows: Mr Lizauskas: £390 Mr Karpuska: £390.
