[1]The Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £1,016 (2 weeks x £508). The relevant date is the 28 January 2019.[2]The Respondent should pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,050 (gross) in respect of unlawful deduction from wages. The Claimant is to be responsible for the payment of tax and/or National Insurance, if any, on this sum.[3]The Respondent is to pay to the Claimant damages of £902 for breach of contract for failing to give notice of termination of employment.
