JUDGMENT
[1]It was not reasonably practicable for the Claimant to present his unfair dismissal claim within the applicable time limit.[2]The Claimant presented his unfair dismissal claim within such further period as is considered reasonable.[3]For the above reasons, an extension of time for bringing the claim of unfair dismissal is granted.[4]It is just and equitable to extend time for bringing the discrimination claims.[5]The application for a strike out or, in the alternative, a deposit order, fails.
