The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By an Order dated 15 March 2023 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a Hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out• As having no reasonable prospects of success.[2]The Strike-Out warning of that date required the Claimant to write to the Tribunal by 14 April 2023 setting out why his claim should not be struck-out. In light of the Claimant’s death, the period for his wife to write to the Tribunal was extended on two occasions, but no representations have been made, and no request for a Hearing has been made. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The Hearing fixed for 14 September 2023 will not take place.
