JUDGMENT

[1]The claim was presented in the South London Employment Tribunal on 06 February 2023. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages of £505.40 for November 2022 and £163.88 for December 2022. The respondent made payments of £163.88 on 13 February 2023 and £50.50 on 13 March 2023, and the respondent must pay the claimant £454.90 gross.[3]The claimant owes the respondent £8.36 in respect of holiday pay, and this has been deducted from the above amount owed by the respondent.[4]The respondent must pay the claimant £446.54 in total.[5]The claimant must account to HMRC for any sums owed by her in respect of any payment received by her pursuant to this judgment.
