JUDGMENT
No response having been presented in form ET3 to the office of the Employment Tribunal by the Respondent within the time limit prescribed by rule 16 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 it is adjudged as follows: It is declared that the complaint made by the Claimant under section 189 of the Trade Union & Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is well- founded; and A protective award is made and the Respondent is ordered to pay remuneration for the period of 90 days from 30 October 2016 to each employee of the Respondent as at that date.
