Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The Respondent having failed to enter a Response, I issued the following Judgment.[1]The Claimant, Mr Leon Steer is entitled to a redundancy payment entitlement in the sum of £2874 (6 x £479).[2]The Claimant, Mr Paul Tilson, is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment in the sum of £958 (2 x £479).[3]The Claim by the Claimant, Mr Leon Steer, for damages for breach of contract (notice pay entitlement) is well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant, Mr Leon Steer, the sum of £4309.20 (9 X £478.80).
