JUDGMENT
[1]The names of Dr A Zybutz and Dr M Zybutz are substituted for Tony Homden as they were the parties to the contract between the Claimant and the Respondent.[2]The contract formed when the Claimant accepted the Respondent’s offer of work sent on 31 January 2018 was not a contract of employment and the Employment Tribunal has no jurisdiction under the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England and Wales) Order 1994 to entertain the Claimant’s claim for damages arising from the Respondent’s breach of that contract. Accordingly the Claimant’s claim is dismissed.
